Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.

All regular and express parcels are sent as Authority to Leave parcels so that no signature is required. (So that you can get on with your day). “Authority to Leave” means that - the courier will leave your parcel with you at home if it’s safe to do so, without calling a mobile/knocking on the door/disturbing me time.

If you fail to pick up your parcel from your local post office and it’s successfully returned to us, we will repost it back to you at your expense. Thank you.

For standard shipping we offer $10 flat rate for all domestic orders in Australia.

International Shipping

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. OSO Skincare is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@ososkincare.com.au with your name and order number in the subject line so we can locate your order and respond as soon as possible.
