We are so grateful that you have decided to include OSO products in your skincare routine. Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons we don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind; including a satisfaction guarantee as everyone’s skin type is different and therefore results may vary.
However, if for some reason you are not satisfied with our products, we would love to hear from you and help you resolve any issues you may have. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you have received a product that is damaged or faulty, please provide details (including photos of product/s) within 1 week of purchase (7 days). We will then assess whether you are eligible for a replacement with new products. If you do meet the criteria we will contact you with the next steps accordingly. Please contact our customer care team at email@example.com and include your order confirmation number in the subject line so we can locate your order and process your request as soon as possible. Please note that products must be returned in their original packaging; no refund can be made if products have been used and not in their original condition. OSO Skincare does not take responsibility for the costs associated with returning products.
Incorrect order/Missing ItemsWe understand that receiving packages in the mail is very exciting- it’s like receiving Christmas presents early. Which is why at OSO we do everything possible to make sure your order is 100% correct and ready to go. If you believe your order to be wrong and/or missing a product, please contact our customer care team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days with your order number under the subject line and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
